Naimish Nagar Yojana (also written Naimish Nagar or Naimisharanya in the news) is a new residential scheme of the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) near Sitapur Road and IIM Road in Bakshi ka Talab (BKT) tehsil. Registration for 1,673 Phase 1 plots is open until 27 October 2026. The LDA rate is ₹3,800 per sq ft.
The scheme is planned to house about 2 lakh people. LDA is buying land from farmers by consent — this is not a land pooling scheme like IT City or Wellness City. Farmers are paid in cash.

Naimish Nagar Yojana is a large residential scheme of the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA), developed under the Chief Minister's Urban Expansion Scheme.
