In April 2026, Omaxe told the stock exchanges it would invest about ₹250 crore in Omaxe Cassia, a project of 8 towers with 2 and 3 BHK flats inside Omaxe Metro City on Raebareli Road. About 300 of its 360 units were already sold, and it expected to finish in about three years (NBM&CW, 30 Apr 2026, ThePrint Hindi / Bhasha, 29 Apr 2026). The project is registered in two phases:

What this means for buyers
Omaxe made large losses in the last two financial years and returned to a small profit in the April–June 2026 quarter. Losses at company level do not mean a project will stop — under RERA, 70% of buyers' money for a project must be kept in that project's own bank account. But it makes it more important to buy where construction is visibly moving: read the quarterly progress report on up-rera.in, visit the site, and prefer paying in step with construction.
Outside Uttar Pradesh, the Punjab RERA has ordered Omaxe to refund buyers or pay delay interest in some of its Punjab projects (LiveLaw). We did not find a comparable UP RERA order for its Lucknow projects in our search, but you should check the complaint history of your project on up-rera.in before booking.
