Following the mega-success of IT City, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has officially moved into the execution phase for Wellness City. Spanning 1,474 acres, this project is designed to be India’s first holistic residential township with dedicated zones for meditation centers, super-specialty hospitals, and herbal gardens.
Current On-Ground Status:
- Site Offices Open: LDA has established field offices at Bakkas and Mastemau to facilitate physical possession and demarcation for allottees.
- Road Infrastructure: Internal 45-meter and 30-meter road marking has commenced.
- Connectivity Link: The project will directly benefit from the Phase-4 of the Green Corridor, which was recently announced alongside the Green Corridor Phase-2 inauguration.
