An AC e-bus service from Kanpur's Kidwai Nagar depot to Lucknow has been launched. The service started on Sunday and will have 15 e-buses operating on this route. The fare for this route has been set at Rs 186. The first bus was flagged off by Mahesh Kumar, Regional Manager of Roadways. On the first day, 51 passengers traveled from Kanpur to Lucknow on this e-bus service.
This new service is expected to provide a convenient and environmentally friendly mode of transportation for passengers traveling between Kanpur and Lucknow. For Lucknow residents, this service may also impact the real estate market, particularly in areas with easy access to the e-bus route.
For buyers and investors, it's essential to consider the transportation options available in an area before making a decision. The introduction of this e-bus service may increase the attractiveness of certain localities, making them more desirable for homebuyers and potentially impacting property prices.
Practical takeaway for buyers and investors: When evaluating a property, research the available transportation options and how they may impact the area's desirability and property prices.
