This 3-storey facility will feature a swimming pool, gymnasium, yoga centre, and a multi-purpose hall. Designed for residents of River View Apartments and the surrounding belt, this project underpins the LDA’s push to make Gomti Nagar Extension a self-sustained luxury zone.

2. UP-RERA Investor Warning: In a critical move for buyer safety, UP-RERA has today issued an advisory against "Assured Return" or "Fixed Rental" schemes promoted by builders before possession. The authority clarified that these promises are legally unenforceable and violate RERA norms unless explicitly part of the registered agreement.

3. OTS Scheme Update: The LDA’s One-Time Settlement (OTS) scheme has seen a massive response, with 110 applications received this week alone. Allottees have until July 17 to settle pending dues on residential and commercial plots with relief on penal interest.
